Built from the Inside Out

Nearly 20 years in the industry.
This is what we built.

BK Garage Pro came from real shop work: writing tickets, managing bays, chasing approvals, tracking parts, and trying to keep the day moving without adding another layer of clutter. There are excellent shop systems on the market, especially for larger operations. We built BK Garage Pro for the shops that need a focused workflow layer: work orders, estimates, approvals, inventory, service history, and customer communication without enterprise weight.

Good software should fit the shop using it.

A lot of shop management software is powerful, but power is not the same thing as fit. Smaller operations need speed, clarity, and the right amount of process. They need the service desk, the bay, the parts shelf, and the customer conversation to stay connected without turning every task into a software exercise.

BK Garage Pro is built around that daily rhythm. It handles the core workflow cleanly - work orders, estimates, scheduling, inventory, customer history - and gives the shop tools to protect margin, retain customers, and keep recommendations visible after the vehicle leaves.

It also needs to feel good to use. A system your team actually wants to open is one they will use consistently. Consistency is where clean records, useful history, and better decisions come from.

No Hunting for Buttons

Every function is where you expect it. No buried menus, no three clicks to do something you do fifty times a day. If a button is on the screen, it has a reason to be there.

Priced for Smaller Operations

The cost should make sense for the shop using it. BK Garage Pro is designed around focused Basic, Pro, and Elite web workspaces without stacking hidden add-ons onto the daily workflow.

Workflow Optimization Built In

Writers and foremen see exactly what’s happening in the back without leaving the desk — fewer interruptions, faster communication, cleaner bay flow. WFO isn’t a module you add. It’s how the platform works.

Feedback Drives the Build

Updates come from real shops identifying real friction. If something is confusing, too slow, or not ready for daily use, we want to know - and it shapes what gets built next.

The daily workflow matters.

Every shop system has strengths. The question for a smaller operation is not whether a platform has the most modules. The question is whether the daily flow feels natural: write the ticket, build the estimate, request approval, order and receive parts, move the job across the board, invoice cleanly, and keep the history intact.

BK Garage Pro keeps that flow central. It is not trying to replace licensed repair data, supplier portals, or every specialized tool a shop may already trust. Those tools still have a place. BK Garage Pro is the operating layer around them: the place where the customer, vehicle, work, money, recommendations, and service history come together.

That also means being honest about what is ready. Email communication, approvals, inventory, service history, and core workflow are the launch focus. SMS, text-to-pay, supplier ordering, and licensed repair data belong on the roadmap until the compliance, payment, and partnership pieces are in place.

“The goal is not to build the biggest system. The goal is to build the one a smaller shop can trust every day.”

The cost has to match that promise. A shop management system should help the business stay organized, protect margin, follow up with customers, and understand what happened on each repair. If it does those things cleanly, the value is obvious. If it creates friction, the price matters a lot more.

So we built toward the version we would want to open at the counter: fast, readable, accountable, and focused on the work a shop actually does.

Built around real shop habits.

The product is shaped by the places where service writers, technicians, and owners lose time every day.

No Contracts. Walk Away Anytime.

Every plan is month-to-month. If it’s not working for your shop, you’re not locked in — no penalties, no awkward cancellation calls, no fine print designed to keep you stuck.

Clear Pricing, Clear Scope

Basic, Pro, and Elite are built as focused web workspaces. The site is honest about what is available now, what is being polished, and what belongs on the roadmap.

Workflow Optimization Native

WFO isn’t a bolt-on. Writers and foremen see live bay status from the desk. No walking to the back to check on a job. No missing handoff between the front and the floor.

Revenue Tools With a Purpose

Approvals, recommendations, declined-work follow-up, service history, and reporting are designed to help the shop protect margin and keep useful opportunities from disappearing.

No Feature Clutter for Its Own Sake

Clean by design, not by accident. Every element on the screen should earn its place, especially in a shop where interruptions are already part of the day.

Built From Shop Experience

The decisions behind this platform come from the shop floor, the service counter, and the back office: the places where software either helps the day move or slows it down.

No Pitch. Just a Conversation.
