Can I switch plans later?

What counts as a "user"?
A user is anyone who logs into BK Garage Pro - technicians, service writers, and admins. Basic and Pro are single-user web workspaces. Elite supports multiple users with role-based access control.
Does it work offline?
Basic, Pro, and Elite are cloud workspaces. Standalone Mobile is a separate offline-first product for mobile mechanics who need local records and one-time ownership.
What if I need something not on this list?
Reach out - we build for real shops and take feature requests seriously. Enterprise plans include custom integrations and tailored workflows. Contact us.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays fully accessible through the end of your current billing period - use that window to export anything you need. After the period closes, data is no longer accessible through the platform and is purged from active systems within 90 days. We don't hold your data hostage and we don't charge an export fee. Is there a free trial?
Not as a self-serve public trial yet. We are using demos and beta/early access onboarding while launch features settle, so we can verify each shop is on the right tier and be clear about what is live today.
What about labor guides I use ProDemand or AllData for labor times.
BK Garage Pro does not have built-in labor guides or OEM repair data, and we are upfront about that. Use Mitchell 1, ProDemand, ALLDATA, Identifix, or OEM resources alongside BK Garage Pro through the Quick Launch Hub. They stay one click away from the workflow instead of being hidden in another browser tab.
Can I order parts through BK Garage Pro?
Not through a live supplier catalog yet. BK Garage Pro supports manual purchase orders, vendors, costs, receiving, and inventory history. NexPart/WHI and PartsTech-style integrations are future partnership tracks, not launch features.
Can I migrate my data from another shop management system?
We handle migration as a concierge onboarding service, starting with customers, vehicles, and service history when the source export makes that possible. Every legacy system stores data differently, so we review the export first and tell you what can transfer cleanly before we touch production data.
